The SECAD Training Website is a custom build online Learning Management System (LMS) solution that clients of SECAD can access. SECAD had been delivering training since 1995 from their offices, however due to the COVID-19 pandemic, access to the training room is not feasible. We were here to help!
The requirements were to create a space where trainers could upload content, and connect via Zoom to their classes to deliver the courses. SECAD Administrators must also have access to manage and take bookings. Documentation and training would need to be provided to SECAD in order to ensure that they can update the website as required.
Users can register and book upcoming courses that are available to them. Once the course is complete, the user will receive a certificate generated from the website. The website is mobile responsive and users can learn wherever they need to.
Once we had demo’d the website to the client, they asked if we could build in one of their intake forms into specific courses. This information is required to ensure that adequate funding is available. Normally these forms are handled over the phone or in person with a fifteen minute interview. We advised the process and GDPR requirements to ensure that everyone has the right information. We developed the intake form in combination with the user registration to ensure a seamless transition into the courses.
